Ajay Bhadu is a corporate counsel with more than a decade of experience across law firms and in-house legal teams. Ajay has worked on multiple corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions along with senior management and cross-functional teams of various resident and non-resident corporations, and has been actively providing strategic legal support for their M&A and real estate transactions (including liaising with authorities such as RBI, and DIPP for seeking regulatory approvals for the consummation of the transaction).
